I can confirm that both the black out set and the colored set are both steel with plastic handles. Good product for the price, especially if obtained within the "Deal of the Day".
A:AnswerIn the specifications section of the item, you are right. It says "other".
But if you look in the overview section under features, it explains that they are ceramic coated stainless steel.
