• A:Answer I think it is easy to clean. I usually bring the griddle with the food on it inside and rest it on the stove (You must unplug it first). Though the griddle does not fit in my sink, I wash it up once it has cooled. After eating, I bring the entire grill inside and wipe it all down. I store it inside out of the weather. There is a catch basin for the grease and oil. I find that the grease is removed from the food to my satisfaction.
