• I think it is easy to clean. I usually bring the griddle with the food on it inside and rest it on the stove (You must unplug it first). Though the griddle does not fit in my sink, I wash it up once it has cooled. After eating, I bring the entire grill inside and wipe it all down. I store it inside out of the weather. There is a catch basin for the grease and oil. I find that the grease is removed from the food to my satisfaction.

• You have cup underneath that catch grease…..but food goes out great and it very easy to clean.

• It's non stick and cleans up easily. The fat drips onto a pan underneath and is easy to remove and clean.
