One side only
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just purchased this model of toaster. Bagel setting toasts on BOTH sides. In the instruction manual, it states the only difference in Bagel setting is it toasts longer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This toaster browns evenly for bagels which was a definite concern i had prior to my purchase. It works well for bread and bagels equally. I do not suggest using mini bagels because they are just too small for the roomy toaster slots.
