“Does this have a "stay on" feature? I am purchasing for a disabled person who has left their current toaster oven on for days at a time and is a fire hazard.”

I checked but I do not see that feature on this toaster.

I don't believe so. It will only shutoff automatically if it's set to toast. If it's on bake or broil I think it will keep running.
