I had to go online and look up the instruction manual. I didnt get one for some reason. But once I looked it up there were easy instructions.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only 1 way it can snap into place. It does fit loosely. If you don't have it positioned correctly, the steam just releases instead of building up. After coming up to pressure, it releases automatically a small amount if it is turned correctly. Read the instructions for more details.
