how do you set time for 7 hours null

This is a pressure cooker. Not a slow cooker, such as a crock pot Anything you would cook in a pressure cooker for 7 hours would be ,not good.

Unfortunately it’s not a slow cooker. It can only cook for up to 99 minutes at a time. It does go to warm after that.
