• NO!!! NOT EVEN CLOSE! They are extremely slippery whenever your hands get greasy or oily in the slightest. They are fine for veggies, breads or NOT-SO-GREASY meats.

• I have this exact set - the blue handled knives. They are UNUSEABLE for anything greasy. Even the slightest of greasiness. We ONLY use them for veggies and food prep.
