The packaging does say that they are oven-safe up to 350*F. I have not put them in the oven, so I can't say one way or the other. They do seem like they would be ok, but to be honest, I don't plan on cooking anything in them at that high of a temp in the oven. I would use my roasters etc. But, warming up to 250, I would not have a problem with them. But, these are very nice for the price. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
