“Hi, I’ve read from reviews that the temperature gauge is off by about 100 degrees. With that being said, does anyone know the highest temp this comfortabley goes to with convection cooking? I’m looking for 500 or higher for fresh pizza. Can this? Thanks!”

I can't answer that question but u gave me food for thought. My wife have been complaining that she always "almost" burns the food when it's on the timer. I suggest carefully when it's hot partly put a thermometer in there.
