“Can I make toast by putting the bread on the pan rather than directly on the racks? Will it break it?”

• The way i make the toast is on the mesh over the tray so the crumbs dont fall into the oven. It toasts the bread really well. I suppose you can do it on the racks if you dont mind the clean up afterwards. Hope this helps.

• It will not break the pan because it is a type of metal and the bread wouldn't cook on both sides.
