• I see that the “Bake” still has a fan. It runs slower than the convection setting, however it still runs. I find that I can turn the knob to “warm” and set the temperature to any degree. No fan runs in this case. Perhaps you can experiment with that?

• The fan stays off for cooling purposes. It should turn off after the unit cools.

• Turn the knob to any setting that doesn't use the fan such as broil, toast or bake. The fan will only run on things like the air fryer setting or convection if your particular oven has that capability.
