• Hi, I have been using any of the air fryer recipes I find on line with very good results. As always you have to keep an eye on things as they cook, which is easy to do with. the interior oven light.The capacity of the oven is greater than most of the regular air fryers. I think Cuisinart have a real winner with this machine and I love it!

• Ours came with a pretty extensive recipe booklet, but you can always find recipes online.
