Q: QuestionWhat is the maximum weight of a chicken or turkey that this will hold? Does it have a rotisserie attachment and how easy is it to clean?

• A:Answer no rotisserie attachment. it would have to be a small bird. there is only about 6 inches of space, top to bottom on the lower rack.

• A:Answer 12" pizza will fit. I set temp at about 25 degrees lower and of course a thin crust pizza cooks faster. I really like my Cuisinart and am adjusting to the fact that it cooks faster than a regular oven. It is my only oven as I just have a hot plate and the Cuisinart. I haven't tried the air fryer yet.

• A:Answer If you mean lining the bottom with aluminum foil, it’s a lot easier to just take out the bottom part and clean it. But if you mean lining the air fryer basket or sheet pan, yes you can line that with aluminum foil! I do that as well, just make sure the foil doesn’t hang over the basket/pan.

• A:Answer I use glass but I am sure you can metal. I put a square metal one on top of the glass baking pan for 25 min so tops on cake do not burn then I take it off for 20 min more.

• A:Answer the rack is like regular oven rack, of course smaller, the basket looks like the wire on a strainer spoon with the base being larger wire. the pan is a little cheaper material and harder to clean.

• A:Answer It is not a microwave, but will heat up food items quickly. I reheat things that were originally baked, but not items such as soup, vegetables, etc. but it will heat anything the latest is in safe to bake ware. Works well as an oven, air fryer, and toaster/broiler. Bakes items much faster than a conventional oven or toaster oven. Appetizers are heated in half the time at a lower temp.
