Q: QuestionRe: Pizza mode preheat feature: put the frozen pizza in the oven from the start? Wait until the preheat mode is finished and then put the frozen pizza in? If so, once I open the door to put the pizza in, how do I restart it without rerunning the preheat?

Q: QuestionHow long does it take to make toast? I replaced an Oster convection toaster-oven with a Panasonic Flash XPress toaster oven because the Oster took over 5 minutes to toast bread. The Flash Xpress does toast in 2 minutes. It's just a little too small

• A:Answer The inside dimensions are 11 in deep and 12 in wide. From the bottom rack to the top heating elements is 4 and 1/2 in, but you wouldn't want it any higher than 3 in to stay away from the heating elements. This oven cooks things very quickly, so I don't know how well it will cook a pie.

• A:Answer It has to be something like an inch from the wall. I believe it is listed in the instructions. It is insulated so having a cabinet above is fine. I've got about 3" above mine and that's it. You can probably download the instructions from the company website and it should answer all of your questions.

• A:Answer The instructions for the oven say to clean the top interior after cooking greasy foods. I have not noticed much oil on the surfaces but I only air fry small quantities at a time - enough for 2. Also I've only done frozen foods, nothing from scratch.
