“Can you change the settings on the grinder? It is making very weak coffee, but I noticed the grind of the beans was course...the only thing I see is “grind control” but that controls how many beans not the actual setting of the grind.”

There are 3 strength settings you can choose. In my experience, it doesn’t increase the number of beans but it does increase brewing time. I believe it regulates the strength by increasing the time the hot water sits with the grounds before emptying into the pot. I have even timed the grinding time to verify it doesn’t grind extra beans when you increase the strength.

We have to dial the cups setting for more cups than what we actually put in of water. We add 9 cups of water but turn the grind dial to 12 cups, so it grinds more bean.
