• A:Answer You need to let the pan get hot before using. The stainless has pores that will close when it’s hot enough. Flick water on the pan and if little balls jump around, it’s ready. When washing, it will be easy, no sticking. If not hot enough, everything will stick, because the pores will stay open.

• A:Answer Well, Toolguy 10, it also plainly states in specifications, under the induction compatible tab “No”! So maybe some who actually knows the answer will reply based on knowledge of the induction compatibility.
