• it has 2 racks. NO TIMER. I would not buy it again.

• It has no timer. When using the toast setting there's a dial to select from LIGHT to DARK. It does come with a broiler tray and a wire rack.

• Yes it has the tray and rack. No timer but the toaster part turns off when the toast or bagel reaches the desired setting.
