“I cannot get temperature or time to change. Instructions say push selector dial but that does nothing. This is brand new item. What do I need to do?”

• I had same problem initially. Hit the dial, select air fry button, then you can spin to one of pre-selected items on list or if you press dial, temp will flash then you can spin to desired temp, press dial again then you can spin to desired time. Hope this helps
