“I air fried French fries in this. I then wanted to broil some hot dogs. I turned off the oven but could not set the control to broil. I had to wait until the oven cooled down until I could get the menu to come up with the broil function. Is this right”

I have the same question as Liz. After I stop the current process the LCD main menu will not appear until the device cools down. The answer by Geoff makes no sense to me. Why can't I setup the next process until this device cools off?
