My machine makes a single hole. You may need to clean the puncture needle with a damp cloth. If you open the top of the K-cup you are going to get grounds all over the place.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My daughter told me that she has opened the Pods and put the grounds in the other cup for ground coffee and it worked for her. Just switch cups and use the one for ground coffee.
