• Yes, every 6 month depending on the use. The filter it's a little expensive, but it worth it.

• Yes on replacement availability. No on washable. Their is metal dust grills on each of four filters you can wash not the hepa filter itself. Get it thoe. Its a good purifier. I have one works very well.
