no, this is more for puree. buy a stick blender that has a whip attachment. otherwise buy a hand or stand mixer that has a whip attachment.

I tried that once. It took forever. That's not what this thing is designed for. But eventually I got results. A mixer works better.

Can't imagine that it would not. use slower speed.

I haven't tried that but I suspect you would have to watch it carefully since it is a fast machine and you don't want to make butter!
