Cuisinart KS-55 Kitchen scale: It works at 1/8 of an ounce. You could put the letter on in grams and switch over to ounces. 28.35 grams per ounce. Apparently it has been discontinued. There is a newer updated model, Cuisinart Precision Chef Bowl Digital Kitchen Scale.
