• Surgery juices, go ahead and add a couple shots of alcohol. Works just fine with alcohol added to juice. Even soda, just don’t use diet drinks with fake sugar

• You don’t have to serve alcoholic drinks, but the liquid does need to have at least 6% sugar or 2.8%–16% alcohol to freeze properly. If you’re doing sugar-free drinks, just add some liquid allulose and give it a good stir before pouring it in. The best liquids to use are anything that’s sweet enough — like cocktails, sweet juices, or sugar-free mixes with allulose added. Basically, if it’s too watery, it won’t slush up right!
