Surgery juices, go ahead and add a couple shots of alcohol. Works just fine with alcohol added to juice. Even soda, just don’t use diet drinks with fake sugar

You don’t have to serve alcoholic drinks, but the liquid does need to have at least 6% sugar or 2.8%–16% alcohol to freeze properly. If you’re doing sugar-free drinks, just add some liquid allulose and give it a good stir before pouring it in.
The best liquids to use are anything that’s sweet enough — like cocktails, sweet juices, or sugar-free mixes with allulose added. Basically, if it’s too watery, it won’t slush up right!
