No. I don't believe so. It's NOT a Step Down Transformer. It's a Battery BackUp that you Connect your PC's, Laptops, TV's, DVR's, etc to. It will stop any Power Line Surges and Protect your Equipment and if there is a Power Outage, it well Provide Power to your Equipment for a Short Time or for at least Long Enough for you to Save your Files and Shut Down.
