• Probably yes. I use mine to provide power to 3 computers, 1 laptop and 2 monitors. But the time it buys you is to be able to gracefully exit a game and shutdown the system.

• Hello, The Xbox Series X power supply has active Power Factor Correction (PFC). Meaning you will need to use a sinewave UPS that supports this. I'd recommend the CP1000PFCLCD. Great question!
