This unit is a current model. Auto restart after a power outage depends on the state of the battery when line power restored. If there is enough power to support the load, the unit will restart and vice versa. If the battery is depleted, the unit will likely need some time on line power to charge and the unit will need to be manually powered back on. Thank you for submitting your questions!
