• CPAP is a medical device of sorts but if it shuts off you will just wake up. I have one and when the power is out it doesn't run. Can't keep the generator on all night so I think this or a similar battery backup would work fine. The CPAP manufacturers sell backups branded in their names so they are acceptable to use.
