• Hello, The CPS160PBURC1 can provide 100 watts of continuous power at 120V. If the charger uses more than 100 watts, this device is not recommended. Thank you for submitting your question!

• It depends on the size of the plug with your electric bicycle. A standard house plug is 110 voltage and speciality appliance plugs are usually 240 voltage. It will handle any of those ranges.
