Hello DigDug, Thank you for your question. The CyberPower 450VA UPS will supply around 120 minutes for the 12 watt LED lamp. To store the UPS you will need to fully charge the unit overnight, and recharge the battery every three months to ensure optimal battery life.

Please try again later.It should store a fuil charge unplugged for quite a while , did not see a spec sheet on this but all small to medium UPS use same 12 V battery that when new is pretty stable. Over time any battery constantly charge , discharge and recharging will start to drop its stored charge when disconnected faster then new. Keeping it plugged in allows the charging circuit to top off the battery until power fails. Regarding the 12W light there are many online power calculation formulas online and one when plugging in the parameters says 178 min . Unfortunately that is based on providing 12 W at 12o V which isn't what your light will run on . it will run as most led on 5V dc at 12 watts which is a much lower power drain. So worst case 160 min best case over 178 min depending on the condition of the UPS battery and age ( IE how long it has been in use with power charging cycles )
