Can this be used for power sofas and recliners? null

while this is a battery, it actually filters the power from a standard outlet, think of it as an extension cord in that regards. The only time the battery actually kicks in is in cases of power loss or 'brownouts'. That being said, yes it would power a sofa or a chair, but probably only up and down a couple of times.
