I can't believe the answers I have seen here! How useless! That power supply needs two Expert Power EXP1290 batteries. They are 12V 9Ah / 20HR batteries and cost me $45.07 plus tax on Amazon on 7/1/2024. (With "Bidenflation" it'll likely soon cost you twice as much.) You could get an equivalent battery, but it must be approximately 2.56" x 5.94" x 3.7" to fit inside the unit. Hopefully, this will save someone some time as I had to do a bit of research to find it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The backup battery you need depend on what equipment is attached to it. You need to have one has high VA rating. If you only need to keep your equipment stay on when electric circuit blink you don't need the high VA pack, but if you need it run for so long after the power out, you have to buy a higher VA backup pack. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Instruction booklet usually says which battery to replace with. Watch battery price and shipping costs as may be cheaper to purchase new unit. Can usually still use one side of outlets as a simple surge protector.
