The units get charged at the factory, but if they sit on the shelf at a store for a long time, that charge may dwindle. That is why we always recommend charging the unit for 8 hours after you unbox it to ensure it is fully charged when you use it. Thank you for your question!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It usually has some charge but will need to fully charge. It does this while in use so you can use it immediately, it just would not provide as long of runtime if you lost power.
