“Can I plug in my 17 in all in one laptop/computer, inkjet mobile printer, tv, wifi router, and a usb extension with a few small devices connected to it to this battery back-up? Also, can i use it immediately or wait for 8 hour charge time?”

It says whatever you plug in is protected except is firmly states no plug strips, extension cords or things that generate heat should be plugged into this. I would, if you want to ensure it is going to give you max protection right off the bat, let it charge for the full 8 hours.
