• Beeping is a sign that the unit isn't receiving power from the wall plug, but is turned on. If you just want to remove the unit from power & not use it - turn it off with the power button (hold for 3 seconds). If it's during a power outage and you want to continue providing power to your plugged in devices without the noise - press the Mute button.

• When it keeps on beeping that means your internal battery just can’t keep the charge that it keeps on dieing means it’s time to replace

• Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds, when you release it will shut off and up
