“I have a little problem with my 950VA. It cannot stay on to use the Btattery surge outlets. However the simple surge outlets function normally. What can i do to solve this problem”

REPLACE THE BATTERY
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That happened to me on my 850. Depending how old your 950 is, the battery maybe failing and was told you can take apart and you or someone can replace. I decided it was worth and easier buy new one in case if did replace battery and didn’t work, then out that money. Cheaper to buy new one and upgraded to 950 with more outlets. Also I read up on it and you have to hit reset and hold down on power button until it beeps twice and worked on my 850, so I just plugged in my printer On the 850 and it’s still working and plugged my two system into the 950 and TV.
