“I bought one of this 1.5 years ago but it started failing me after only 1 year. I looked up for support in cyberpower for warranty, but after many attempts to get response, they have not replied at all. Seems that the battery is not replaceable”

there is no way to update the post, but it is me again with news. I called the number that was posted here by Tech Support and to my surprise I found that there is another similar site called cyberpowerPC which is different from the cyberpower Tech Support to get the warranty valid. He took care of my matter and a new battery is now on its way. So service was great and the company has earned my trust again!
