Depending on how much electricity the chair uses, I'd expect to get one or two full reclines/declines from the chair before the UPS battery is drained.

For perspective, a computer using 300 watts will run for about five minutes on the battery power of this UPS.

Don’t know, depends on the motor current draw when in use. It should for at least one cycle and no other accessories are being used on your chair.

I don’t see why not. The UPS is just a big battery so it should be able to power the recliner.
