In theory yes, but keep in mind this is not designed for a TV but for a computer + monitor. In the past I have connected some audio or TV devices to a backup and although the backup is able to keep them on without external power. When the power goes out the device may reset, you will have to try..

Steve yes this UPS model will support a Samsung 55 inch and modem, I currently have a Samsung 75 inch and cable modem connected and have tested it for backup support 30 minute run.
