“This device only serves as a battery backup and not WiFi backup? Am I correct ? So if I lose internet connection this box serves no purpose beside keeping the devices charged up?”

It should keep your wifi/router going for several hours if that’s all you have plugged into it…it’s the main reason I got it since I have a backup generator for other electronics.
