The process was smooth and easy, they had 3 in stock and did a direct swap. The NEW unit functions perfectly! IF you receive a unit that doesn't charge up and emits a continuous tone that does not quit (when the unit is turned on), then the battery is not charging and won't charge no matter how long it's plugged in. 100% satisfied with tech support and the returns staff at our local Best Buy.
