“I purchased this in case of power outages BUT when we had one, it kept 'beeping' and I didn't know how to stop the beeping. Any suggestions? I ended up turning it off which defeats the purpose.”

Quickly push Power button TWICE -- you will hear 2 short beeps -- alarm OFF. Quickly TWICE again -- 1 short beep -- alarm ON.

Hello, when the UPS is on press the power button twice quickly. This will turn the audible alarm on the device off. If we have this device connected to the PowerPanel, in the notifications tab you can select "Disable alarm at all times" as well. Thank you for submitting your question!

When there is a loss of power, the beeping sounds. It will continue to sound until the power is restored. There is no way to turn it off. The manufacturer should consider a manual override switch as it is annoying.
