“Is it safe to turn this off after everytime i shut down my pc? Like when i go to sleep or i go out. Also, where is the RGB switch located? I couldn't seem to find it in the pictures. Thanks in advance.”

Yes, in the off state no current will flow and therefore there's no path for the surge to follow. however this isnt gauranteed in a heavy storm so unplugging it is the most safe. in the on position it will actively monitor and divert voltage spikes. I never power mine off.
