I'm running a 3 + 1 setup. The card has one HDMI port and 3 display ports. My tv and monitors only supported HDMI so I had to buy 3 DP to HDMI cables. They're cheap if you know which river to buy from online.

It will provide you with a combination of a DVI, HDMI and Display Port for connecting your TV or monitor(s). If your TV or monitor does not support the connections, you may need to get an adapter so that you can connect it to your TV or monitor.
