“Does Windows 10 come preinstalled on the HDD or the SSD? And if on the HDD does the SSD come with a migration tool on itself so I can bring the OS over to the SSD? Or would I need to find a different migration tool online?”

It comes on the SSD, taking up about 60 gb with updates. This fills rather quickly unless you divert everything to the HDD. It starts up very quickly FYI
