• Yes it can as it is a desktop and it has plenty of empty room inside. Honestly though everything works fine no matter what game I play. Plus the 1080 ti ----- is already really powerful and overclocks well but of course can always add another.

• GPU - yes. Power supply, possibly. The only thing I don't see being able to be upgraded is the motherboard. Alienware has their motherboards installed with different points than other manufacturers.
