What are you asking? Can a 1080 Ti card support 4K? Yes. 8K and 16K gaming is years away. I personally recommend something lower, maybe 1440. The higher you go with resolution the lower will be your frames per second rate. Get a nice high Hz Nvidia G-Sync monitor to go along with this PC and you'll be set.
