It’s a disc with driver/bios information for your motherboard. 99% of the time you’ll never need it. If you want your machine to be able to read discs, you can purchase either a internal or external cd/dvd/blue ray reader

However, you can find the motherboard drivers online since the case does not allow for an internal CD/DVD drive to be installed.
