• A common mistake is using the wrong HDMI output. Make sure you're plugged into the HDMI output that is in the middle of the rear panel which is horizontally oriented. That is the output that plugs into the graphics card.

• Did you check your plugs? Which interface are you using? HDMI or DisplayPort? Both should be plug and play. If not, I say… check your monitor (I’m assuming not too old) if it can display the Graphic Card’s resolution settings.
